N+P MOSFET – PK609CA.
PK609CA is a N-ch + P-ch Complementary solution, build in two MOSFETs into one package. Compared single MOSFET, it greatly reduces the size , especially apply on BLDC application. It also provides different packages, PDFN 3x3P, SOP-8, TO-252-5.
  1. Package : PDFN 5x6P
  2. N-ch : Vds=40V, P-ch : Vds=-40V
  3. N-ch: Rds(on)@10V-typ : 25mΩ, P-ch: Rds(on)@10V-typ : 60mΩ.
